Our Guarantee:

All our products carry a guarantee against faulty workmanship and manufacturing faults.
We believe in our products and we promise to work hard to ensure your total satisfaction.
You as the consumer are fully covered under the consumers guarantees act.

Payment Options:

A deposit of 50% is required before your order can be processed. The balance is payable one week prior to dispatch, we will re contact you at this point.
Payment can be made by cheque or direct credit into our account.
Cheques made payable to "Decade timeless furniture", PO Box 620, Nelson 7040.

Delivery Times:

As all our furniture is made to order please allow six weeks from time of order to delivery, if you need it sooner than this please let us know, we may be able to speed it up!
We will contact you once furniture is made and ready for dispatch at which time the balance of payment is due. We will not dispatch until we have received full payment. Furniture can take up to two weeks to be delivered, so please be patient.

Freight:

We use professional furniture movers to get your furniture from us to you safely. Your furniture is fully packaged in our factory, it is then wrapped in blankets and tied into the truck. All care is taken to ensure that your furniture gets to your home safely.
